Xinbo’s first power supply was born in 1990. Since then, Xinbo team began exploration of the power supply and materials of vacuum application  solutions. Xinbo Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was established in 2020. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, manufacturing, and   marketing of vacuum coating systems. It has 4 assembly production lines and 5 testing and debugging lines, which covers a total area of 2,000 square   meters.

We focus on providing high power plasma surface engineering solutions and devices to customers in the growing coating industry. Our product   portfolio is broadly categorized into three product lines: power supply, such as HiPIMS power supply, P3E power supply, 50-300KHz high-frequency   bias power supply and and various customized power supplies;  Coating equipment, such as high power impulse magnetron sputtering coating   equipment, high power impulse cathodic arc ion sputtering coating equipment, magnetic control & multi arc composite PVD coating equipment,     PECVD coating equipment for pipe inner wall and vacuum plasma customized equipment; coating solutions, such as ceramic metallization solutions,   medical devices solutions, pipe coating solutions and so on.

We have a visionary R&D team，a management team that strives for perfection and a comfortable working environment located in Songshan Lake   Science and Technology Industrial Park. Our R&D team are all masters or above (including 6 doctors) and have published more than 300 academic   papers in related fields. We equipped with more than 20 kinds of professional testing equipment in order to provide customers with high-quality   products.
